Old Connaught Local Network Reinforcement Project

Uisce Éireann in partnership with Wicklow County Council has completed a major upgrade to the wastewater network in Bray to cater for the future growth and development of the wider area.

These works were carried out as part of Uisce Éireann's Growth and Development Programme and involved the construction of nearly 400m of new gravity sewers on Ravenswell Road.

The works were carried out on behalf of Uisce Éireann by David Walsh Civil Engineering Ltd. and were completed in Q1 2023.

Now complete, this wastewater upgrade provides the required capacity to support future growth and development, including the delivery of essential housing.
